Every FSG Designs order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to the type of piece you've selected,
helping your creation arrive safely and ready to give, display, or enjoy.

From Our Studio to You

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be pleased with your FSG Designs purchase. Eligible unused and undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order and digital items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

ORDER PREPARATION
Most physical orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary for personalized, made-to-order, or handcrafted pieces. Any extended processing time will be noted in the product description.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to make it right. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can resolve the issue quickly.

SHIPPING
Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout based on the items in your order. When tracking is available, you'll receive shipping information once your order is on its way.
