Shipping Policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. 

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS to ensure your order reaches you securely.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of the items in your order.

  • You'll be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options may deliver your order within 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping but may in the future. When available, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes and Address Updates:

  • If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after your order has been processed.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we'll contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure and accurate delivery address.
